The principal of Stonebraker Lawyers is Johnathan Stonebraker. Johnathan has experience in:
- drafting and negotiating commercial and business law agreements, including share sale agreement, shareholders deeds, and commercial contracts;
- rural and agribusiness law, including agistment and backgrounding agreements, joint venture agreements, farm management agreements, and service agreements;
- commercial litigation matters in the Supreme Court of NSW, the NSW Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Australia;
- property and conveyancing matters, including construction agreements, project management agreements, and conveyancing and Stonebraker Lawyers is a member of the PEXA network of electronic conveyancing; and
- preparing wills, including simple husband-wife wills, and complex estates.
Born in Kissimmee, Florida, Johnathan now lives in the Hawkesbury with his wife and three children. Having grown up in a family-owned and operated small business, Johnathan is passionate about providing quality and affordable legal advice and services to small and medium sized businesses. Prior to opening Stonebraker Lawyers, Johnathan worked for four years at a boutique commercial law firm in the Sydney CBD.
Johnathan graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree (with Honours) from the University of New South Wales and also holds an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and History from Florida State University.
